We have had one for 3 years. Great to have for drinks as we put kids drinks on top and adult ones below which saves many trips into the regular fridge. Also gets traffic away from the main fridge during parties. Main problem is it seems to be running almost all the time - and is noisy. I have tried various things to get it to run less such as cleaning the coils often, but nothing seems to help. Much louder than regular fridge - I've seen other reviewers mention the noise as well.

NAfter owning one for 5 years the mother board burned out. Not an inexpensive item. However, that didn't matter because they had quit making replacements. Even after market, many knowledgeable people tried. So, made a nice bread drawer, -------- until I took it to the dump!

Awesome fridge works well for our family can out produce in one drawer drinks in another. Others say they had problems with drinks falling over have not had that problem yet.

If you do not have the drawers completely filled with drinks, every time you open the drawers, everything falls over. They need to have a divider option which kitchenaid is saying they do not.
